Posted: 18 Dec 2009 11:46 PM PST Ingredients : 1 tablespoon oil 2 cups sliced zucchini 1/2 pound frozen large shrimp, thawed 1 cup diced tomatoes, undrained 2 tablespoons KRAFT Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing 1/2 cup ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese 1 cup uncooked instant white rice, prepared as directed on package Directions : 1. Heat oil in skillet on medium-high heat. Add zucchini; cook 1 min. Add shrimp; cook until shrimp turn pink, stirring occasionally. 2. Stir in tomatoes with their liquid and the dressing. Cook on low heat until heated through. Sprinkle with cheese. 3. Spoon over cooked rice. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, if desired. Yield: 2 servings |
Posted: 18 Dec 2009 11:27 PM PST Ingredients : 2 teaspoons snipped fresh dill1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional) 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1 (1 1/2 pound) salmon fillet 1/4 cup packed brown sugar 3 tablespoons chicken broth 3 tablespoons vegetable oil 3 tablespoons soy sauce 3 tablespoons finely chopped green onions 1 small lemon, thinly sliced 2 slices onion, separated into rings Directions : 1. Sprinkle dill, lemon-pepper, salt if desired and garlic powder over salmon. Place in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow glass container. Combine brown sugar, broth, oil, soy sauce and green onions; pour over the salmon. 2. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, turning once. Drain and discard marinade. Place salmon skin side down on grill over medium heat; arrange lemon and onion slices over the top. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Yield: 6 servings |

Brown meat; drain. 2. Add barbecue sauce and ketchup; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally. 3. Spoon meat mixture onto bottom half of each bun; top with Singles and top half of bun. caYield: 4 servings |
Posted: 18 Dec 2009 11:05 PM PST Ingredients : 3 tablespoons low-fat plain yogurt2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise 2 tablespoons prepared mango chutney 2 teaspoons hot curry powder, preferably Madras 1/4 teaspoon salt Freshly ground black pepper to taste 1 (14 ounce) package extra-firm water-packed tofu, drained, rinsed and finely crumbled (see Ingredient note) 2 stalks celery, diced 1 cup red grapes, sliced in half 1/2 cup sliced scallions 1/4 cup chopped walnuts Directions : 1. Whisk yogurt, mayonnaise, chutney, curry powder, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Stir in tofu, celery, grapes, scallions and walnuts. Yield: 6 servings |

Combine yogurt, cucumber, tomato, onion, mint, cumin and salt in a small bowl; mix well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Yield: 4 servings |
