 200 gr asparagus segar, potong 3 cm, rebus sebentar
 30 gr margarin
 1 bh bawang bombai, iris tipis
 1500 ml air kaldu
 3 sdm tepung maizena, campur dengan sedikit air
 1 btr telur, kocok
 1/4 sdt lada bubuk
 1 sdt garam
